The Process

After Initial Contact please allow 1-2 hours on the Day of Appointment :

Steve will discuss your design needs and ideas and will draw a floor plan that reflects the existing basement and the design concepts brought forth in that day’s conversation.

Often, further discussion & research is indicated to clarify design ideas and specifications.
When the necessary decisions are made with regard to design and materials the homeowner will be presented with a list of detailed specifications describing the scope of work and a professionally drawn floor plan, and several 3D views illustrating those specs.

When the homeowners review and approve their selected specifications … a written bid will be provided. 

Upon acceptance of this Bid, Steve will then formalize this list of specifications and floor plan into a contract document.

When both parties have a signed contract in hand.. we usually can start within 2 weeks.
